Stretch, breathe, and recharge! Our Adult Yoga Class offers a welcoming and supportive space to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. Through guided poses and mindful movement, participants develop a deeper connection between body and breath while increasing focus and self-awareness.
This class is designed to help you release tension, reduce stress, and restore a sense of calm — all while moving at a comfortable, accessible pace. Each session includes a balanced mix of postures and relaxation techniques to support both physical and mental wellness. In our non-competitive environment, you’re encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body while improving balance, coordination, and mobility.
Equipment Needed:
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a Yoga mat and water bottle.
Registration & Check-In:
Register online or in person. If in person, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to check in and sign a waiver.

Customer requested refunds/transfers no later than 7 business days prior to the first day of class. No refunds after first class. No refunds or make-ups for missed days. A processing fee of $7 will be charged for all cancellations after a registration has been processed. If minimum class size is not met by one week prior to the start of class, the class may be cancelled. In the event that the District cancels a class, you will receive a full refund. Outdoor classes are cancelled in the event of lightning.
